Return Policy
Items purchased from the Outlet section are not eligible for return.
All eligible returns are subject to the following terms:
- Customers must request a Return Authorization (RA#) prior to returning shipment.
- Authorized returns will be shipped to Oxford Garden at the buyer’s expense.
- Merchandise must arrive in perfect saleable condition and in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Oxford Garden reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Any paid freight or service charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the client is responsible for all return freight charges and a restocking fee of 25%. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, we will issue a credit to your account less the applicable fees.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
We strive to deliver your item(s) in a timely manner. Please be sure to provide a working telephone number on which you can be contacted by the freight forwarder who will be delivering your item(s).
- Standard delivery is estimated to be within 1 week.
- Orders will be delivered via curbside delivery. Please let us know of any delivery instructions at the time the order is placed.
