Returns Policy

Items purchased in the Outlet section are not eligible for return. 

All eligible returns are subject to the following terms:

  • Client must request a Return Authorization (RA#) prior to returning shipment.
  • Authorized returns will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in perfect saleable condition, in its original packaging.
  • Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Oxford Garden reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
  • Any paid freight or service charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, the client is responsible for all return freight charges and a restocking fee of 25%. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, we will issue a credit to your account less the applicable fees.

Upon receipt of your order, we strive to deliver your item(s) in a swift and timely manner. Please be sure to provide a working telephone number on which you can be contacted by the freight forwarder who will be delivering your item(s).

  • Standard delivery of merchandise purchased is estimated at 2 weeks.

Most orders will be delivered via curbside delivery. Please let us know of any delivery instructions at the time the order is placed.

We will be more than happy to update you on the status of your order at any time; however, please understand that tracking information is not always available once items have left our facility.
